小麦旗叶离体叶片持水力是鉴定品种抗旱性的理想指标之一。该性状属于数量性状遗传,由加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,非等位基因间的互作效应是不容忽视的。不同亲本的一般配合力效应和组合的特殊配合力效应都存在显著差别。进一步研究该性状的遗传机制,探索与其他性状及抗旱性指标的关系,制订科学合理的选择模式,有可能选育出抗旱性能强的优良小麦新类型。本文对不同抗旱性小麦品种的根系活力亦进行了初步研究。
Water holding capacity of detached leaves of wheat flag leaf is one of the ideal indicators to identify the drought resistance of cultivars. This trait belongs to quantitative trait inheritance, which is controlled by both additive and non-additive effects. Non-allelic interactions can not be ignored. There were significant differences between the general combining ability effect and the special combining ability effect of different parents. Further study of the genetic mechanism of the trait, explore the relationship with other traits and drought resistance index, formulate a scientific and rational selection mode, it is possible to breed a new type of excellent wheat with strong drought resistance. In this paper, root vigor of different drought-resistant wheat cultivars was also studied.
