本文叙述了水热法培育人造石英的研究。我们采用立式高压釜,探索了水热法培育石英晶体的各个因素,克服了晶体生长过程中出现的一些缺陷,培育出大晶体,基本上确定了石英晶体生长的工艺条件。为了提高晶体的质量,我们还进行了石英晶体的溶解度和生长机制的研究,从二氧化硅溶质的主要存在形式、溶液的组成以及过饱和条件来探讨优质石英晶体的生长规律。最后将培育出的人造石英制成不同类型的诸振器,如AT切4MC.,DT切200KC。等晶体,证明人造石英与天然石英的电气性能是很近似的,因此对一般压电元件来说,人造石英是可以代替天然石英的。
This article describes the hydrothermal method to cultivate artificial quartz. We use the vertical autoclave to explore the hydrothermal method to cultivate the quartz crystal of the various factors to overcome the crystal growth of some of the shortcomings appear to cultivate large crystals, basically determine the quartz crystal growth process conditions. In order to improve the quality of the crystal, we also studied the solubility and growth mechanism of quartz crystal, and discussed the growth rules of high quality quartz crystal from the main form of solute, the composition of the solution and the supersaturation conditions. Finally, bred artificial quartz made of different types of vibrators, such as AT cut 4MC., DT cut 200KC. And other crystals, proved artificial quartz and natural quartz electrical performance is very similar, so the general piezoelectric components, artificial quartz can replace natural quartz.
