目的探讨胰腺癌患者术后肠内营养支持(EN),对术后改善患者的营养状况,及代谢反应和治疗结果的影响。方法对胰腺癌100例术后患者随机分为肠内营养支持组和常规饮食对照组各50例,营养支持组给予肠内全营养素,对照组则给予常规饮食。分别术前第一天及术后第15天(肠内营养治疗后)检测两组的体重百分比、血浆白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数和血色素等指标,并且全程观察不良反应。结果治疗组的血浆白蛋白及淋巴细胞计数、体重、血色素均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论临床观察胰腺癌术后应用肠内全营养素支持,患者的营养状况明显好转,提高了机体免疫功能,促进伤口愈合,减少并发感染发生,且缩短住院时间。同时患者营养素平衡全面,安全价廉,合理方便,对术后患者尽早康复提供了有效的保证。
Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative enteral nutrition support (EN) on patients with pancreatic cancer to improve their nutritional status, metabolic response and treatment outcome. Methods 100 cases of pancreatic cancer patients were randomly divided into enteral nutrition support group and conventional diet control group of 50 patients, nutrition support group given enteral nutrients, the control group was given conventional diet. The percentages of body weight, serum albumin, lymphocyte count and hemoglobin were measured on the first day before operation and 15 days after operation (after enteral nutrition treatment), and the adverse reactions were observed throughout the whole process. Results The serum albumin, lymphocyte count, body weight and hemoglobin of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical application of enteral nutrient support for postoperative pancreatic cancer patients significantly improved the nutritional status of patients and improved the immune function, promote wound healing, reduce the incidence of concurrent infections and shorten the hospital stay. At the same time patients with a comprehensive nutrient balance, safety and cheap, reasonable and convenient, as soon as possible after the operation of patients with an effective guarantee.
