杂交育种是作物育种的主要途径,而成败关键之一是亲本的选择。花生的主要经济性状大多数属数量性状遗传,是由微效多基因控制的。对环境条件敏感,这给育种工作带来极大的困难.本试验是用双列杂交法对花生杂种一代(F_1)进行配合力.遗传力以及相关和回归等遗传参数的分析,估算亲本和F_1代的主要经济性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力效应,为花生杂交育种选配亲本,鉴定优良组合,对杂种后代进行有效地选择,提供理论依据。
Hybrid breeding is the main approach to crop breeding, and one of the keys to success is the choice of parents. Most of the major economic traits of peanut are inherited quantitatively and are controlled by the microscopic polygene. Sensitive to environmental conditions, which brings great difficulties to breeding work.In this experiment, we used the double row hybridization method to analyze the combining ability of the peanut hybrid F1 generation (F1), heritability and genetic parameters such as correlation and regression, F_1 generation of the main economic traits of the general combining ability and combining ability with special effects for the peanut hybridization matching parents, identification of good combinations, the effective selection of hybrid offspring to provide a theoretical basis.
