High dietary fat levels have varying degrees of effects on blood lipids. Experiments show that soybean oil and bean phospholipids can inhibit the increase of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), while animal fat, especially cream, can make TC, triglyceride (TG) and LDL-C Significantly increased. However, residents living in the alpine region often need to moderate intake of some fat to adapt to the local environment. In order to understand the effect of increasing the fat content in the diet on the lipids by mixing animal fat and plant fat, we appropriately increased the proportion of soybean oil and pork in a recruit’s foodstuffs and observed them.
