随着知识经济时代的到来,组织竞争优势赖以维持的基础也发生着变化.组织市场知识能力越来越多地得到研究者的关注,并且逐渐被公认为是知识经济背景下组织参与竞争的核心基础.以我国传统制造型企业为例进行实证研究.结果发现,组织的市场知识能力的确成为组织参与竞争的一种重要资源,显著影响该组织的创新绩效;组织任务环境的不确定性调节着组织市场知识能力与组织创新绩效之间的作用机制.
