34例患者接受冠状动脉造影和亚极量平板运动试验,探讨△Q-Tc、△RST、△R和△Q_(CM_5)等部分非ST参数诊断冠脉病变的准确性。结果表明△Q-Tc诊断冠心病的敏感度、特异度及诊断总符合率最佳,分别为77.8%、87.5%和82.4%,但与其余参数及ST参教相比无显著差异,提示各参数诊断价值相近,且均能反映冠脉病变的程度。△Q_(CM_5)是预测左前降支及包括其在内的多支冠脉病变的可靠指标,与ST参数联合应用可减少假阳性。
Thirty-four patients underwent coronary angiography and submaximal treadmill exercise test to investigate the diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery lesions by using some non-ST parameters such as △ Q-Tc, △ RST, △ R and △ Q_ (CM_5). The results showed that the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of △ Q-Tc in diagnosing CHD were the best, 77.8%, 87.5% and 82.4%, respectively, but no significant difference compared with other parameters and ST reference teaching Parameter diagnostic value is similar, and can reflect the extent of coronary lesions. △ Q_ (CM_5) is a reliable predictor of left anterior descending coronary artery disease including multivessel coronary artery disease. Combined with ST parameters can reduce the false positive rate.
