采用辊底式退火炉与台车式退火炉两种方式对45A小圆钢进行正火处理,并分析了其力学性能、表面脱碳及晶粒度。结果表明:辊底式退火炉正火的45A小圆钢综合力学性能明显较台车式退火炉处理的好,强度指标可以提高50~100 MPa,表面脱碳层深度减少0.2~0.5mm,晶粒度为8级,较台车式退火炉处理的高3~6级,且钢材表面弯曲度小,为后续机械矫直工序节约了人力物力,缩短了生产周期。
45A small round bar was normalized by roller hearth annealing furnace and trolley annealing furnace. The mechanical properties, surface decarburization and grain size were analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of 45A small round bar of normalizing roller hearth annealing furnace are better than those of the car annealing furnace, the strength index can be increased by 50-100 MPa, the depth of surface decarburization layer can be reduced by 0.2-0.5 mm, Particle size of 8, higher than the car-type annealing furnace handling 3 to 6, and the surface of the steel bending less for the follow-up mechanical straightening process saves manpower and resources, shortening the production cycle.
