“南沙精神”不断在守礁官兵身上发扬光大。小小礁盘,在南沙卫士心中有着至高无上的位置在漠河冰天雪地的“北极”哨所度过了新年的第一天。3个月后,本刊记者又搭乘海军南海舰队“镜泊湖”号综合补给舰,来到神往已久的祖国最南端的南沙群岛,逐个登上人民海军官兵驻守的所有礁堡,寻访了驻守在天涯海角的南沙卫士,完成了记者的第五次南沙之行,实现了从祖国“北极”到“南极”的万里两极大跨越。
