目的了解国内三氯乙烯(TCE)职业病危害有关文献情况,评析其防治研究状况。方法以“中国知网”为主,检索在国内公开杂志上发表的有关TCE危害文献,用Excel 2003建立数据库,进行各项统计分析。结果①1960—2009年共检索到423篇文献,其中前40年文献量为19.4%,以综述、调查为主,后10年文献量为80.6%,以研究、临床为主并有硕、博士论文;②关键信息:高频关键词中以TCE为主(423篇、100%)、药疹样皮炎次之(96篇、22.7%),基金资助以国家级最多(71篇、16.8%)、广东省次之(36篇、8.5%),文献来源以《中国职业医学》杂志最多(79篇、18.7%)、《职业与健康》杂志次之(30篇、7.1%),文献作者中以李来玉最多(29篇)、庄志雄和朱启星次之(均为28篇);③文献产出单位情况:以广东省职业病防治院最多(73篇、17.3%)和被引用率最高(8.05次/篇);④高影响力文献(被引用≥30次)7篇,以“广东省三氯乙烯职业危害新问题研究进展”的文献平均年被引用次数最高(10.1次/年);⑤职业卫生标准中2006年分别新制订和修订了GBZ 185—2006《职业性三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎诊断标准》、GBZ 38—2006《职业性急性三氯乙烯中毒诊断标准》。结论 TCE引起的职业病危害防治研究已经形成了一套比较完善的体系。
Objective To understand the literature about the occupational hazards of trichlorethylene (TCE) in China and to evaluate the status of its prevention and treatment. Methods Based on “CNKI”, we searched the literature on TCE hazards published in domestic public magazines, and established a database with Excel 2003 for statistical analysis. Results (1) A total of 423 articles were retrieved from 1960 to 2009, of which 19.4% were in the first 40 years, mainly from reviews and surveys, and 80.6% were in the later 10 years, mainly in research and clinical studies, ; Key information: TCE was the main high frequency keyword (423 articles, 100%), drug dermatitis was the second (96 articles, 22.7%), and the fund was funded by the state (71 articles, 16.8%), Guangdong (36 articles, 8.5%). The sources of the articles were “Chinese Occupational Medicine” (79 articles, 18.7%), “Occupation and Health” magazine (articles 30, 7.1%), (29 articles), Zhuang Zhixiong and Zhu Qixing (28 articles); ③ The unit of literature output: taking Guangdong Province Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Institute as the highest (73 articles, 17.3%) and the most cited article (8.05 articles / ); ④High-impact literature (cited ≥30 times) 7 articles, with “the latest research progress of trichlorethylene in occupational hazards in Guangdong province” the average annual number of citations was the highest (10.1 times / year); ⑤ occupation Health standards in 2006 were newly developed and revised GBZ 185-2006 “occupational trichlorethylene eczema-like dermatitis diagnostic criteria”, GBZ 38-2006 “occupational acute trichloro Ene poisoning diagnostic criteria. ” Conclusion The research on prevention and treatment of occupational diseases caused by TCE has formed a relatively complete system.
