分析了三端式磁通门传感器的工作原理,建立了其结构的数学模型;对结构模型做了定性的分析,并定量地计算出了灵敏度、磁导率等参数和指标.在此基础之上,比较了不同波形下的灵敏度大小,确定出了最佳的激励波形;验证了数学模型的合理性,并保证在灵敏度最大的条件下得到最佳激励电压和激励频率.
The working principle of the three-terminal fluxgate sensor is analyzed and the mathematical model of the structure is established. The structural model is qualitatively analyzed and the parameters such as sensitivity and permeability are calculated quantitatively The sensitivity of different waveforms was compared to determine the best excitation waveform. The rationality of the mathematical model was verified and the optimal excitation voltage and excitation frequency were obtained under the condition of maximum sensitivity.
