硫化钠溶液吸收-还原硫法是湿法烟气脱硫中具有良好应用前景的新方法.烟气中NOx与SO2往往同时存在,可能会对该工艺造成影响,为此,本文就NOx对该吸收液中S2-、HSO3-、S2O32-以及SO42-含量的影响进行了研究.结果表明,NOx不仅与吸收剂Na2S发生反应,造成吸收剂的消耗,还会对脱硫产物的种类和含量产生影响,并且NO2的浓度越高,对其影响越大.NO2的存在会促进SO42-的生成,并在酸性条件下抑制HSO3-和S2O32-的生成.
