对机械工厂来说,作业排序工作是生产计划的核心,它对保证生产任务的完成、控制再制品流通、缩短生产周期有重要的作用。本文概述了国内外在这方面的研究状况,详细介绍了用计算机编排n个工件m台机床作业计划的模型、方法和步骤,列举了大量数据说明这一方法的正确性和优越性。文章还介绍了自行设计的PPJS程序的功能、适用范围及如何进行数据收集、分析和整理的方法。该程序可作为计划系统软件的一个子系统,也可以单独为用户编排作业计划服务。
For machinery factories, job sorting is the core of production planning. It plays an important role in ensuring the completion of production tasks, controlling the circulation of remanufactured products and shortening the production cycle. This paper summarizes the research status in this field at home and abroad, and introduces in detail the models, methods and steps of planning the work schedule of m machine tools with n workpieces by computer, and lists a large amount of data to illustrate the correctness and superiority of this method. The article also introduces the function of the PPJS program designed by itself, the scope of application and how to collect, analyze and arrange the data. The program can be used as a subsystem for planning system software, or it can be used to schedule job planning services for users individually.
