目的探讨粉尘螨口服滴剂的抗过敏作用特点。方法采用豚鼠回肠平滑肌过敏收缩实验和肺支气管灌注法观察粉尘螨口服滴剂对平滑肌的抑制作用 ;大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应观察其对血管通透性改变的影响和颅骨骨膜法观察其对肥大细胞脱颗粒的抑制作用。结果粉尘螨口服滴剂能够明显抑制回肠平滑肌和拮抗抗原对支气管平滑肌的收缩作用 ,对肥大细胞脱颗粒具有显著的抑制作用。结论粉尘螨口服滴剂具有显著的抗过敏作用
Objective To investigate the anti-allergic effect of dust mite oral drops. Methods The guinea pig ileum smooth muscle hypersensitivity and contractility test and lung bronchial perfusion method were used to observe the inhibitory effect of dust mite oral drops on the smooth muscle. The passive cutaneous anaphylaxis was used to observe the effect on vascular permeability and the effect of skull periosteum on the proliferation of mast cells Inhibition of degranulation. Results Dust mite oral drops significantly inhibited the contractile effect of ileum smooth muscle and antagonistic antigens on bronchial smooth muscle, and markedly inhibited the degranulation of mast cells. Conclusion Dust mite oral drops have a significant anti-allergic effect
