始行于明初的开中盐法 ,为明清两代盐政管理奠定了基础。有关该法的实施和嬗变 ,以及它们与当时国家经济其它方面重大变革之间相得益彰的关系 ,尚有待更深的认识。本文试以商品经济发展的观念 ,对该法实施的历史进步意义以及嬗变主要原因予以论述 ,并对历史上一些不妥言辞提出意见。 Beginning in the early Ming Dynasty salt law, salt administration for the Ming and Qing dynasties laid the foundation. The relationship between the implementation and evolution of the law and their complementarity with other major changes in the country’s economy at that time still needs to be further understood. This paper tries to discuss the significance of the historical progress and the main reasons of the evolution of the law with the concept of the development of the commodity economy, and puts forward some opinions on some wrong words in history.
