1990年5~7月,在武昌郊区稻田中进行了投放武昌罗索线虫(Romaiomermis wuchangensis)成虫防治致乏库蚊幼虫的试验。试验结果为:各投放点附近1m范围内蚊幼虫四次平均感染率为49.18(17.65~75)%;当两投放点之间的距离为8m时,两点之间中点处哨笼内的宿主四次平均感染率为47.22%,与各线虫投放点周围1m范围内蚊幼虫的感染率无显著差异;20个哨笼内宿主四次平均感染率为34.00(3.66~68.09)%;在稻田中水流动的情况下,感染期幼线虫的扩散距离达14m以上。试验表明稻田中投放武昌罗索线虫成虫对蚊幼虫具有较好和较长期的控制作用。
From May to July 1990, experiments were carried out to control the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens in the rice fields in the suburbs of Wuchang to prevent and control the larvae of Romaiomermis wuchangensis. The test results showed that the average infection rates of mosquito larvae within 1m ranged from 49.18 (17.65%) to 75%, respectively. When the distance between the two dropping points was 8m, The average infection rate of four hosts was 47.22%, which was not significantly different from the infection rate of mosquito larvae within 1m around each nematode. The average infection rate of four hosts in 20 sentinels was 34.00 (3.66 ~ 68.09)%, In the case of water flow, nematode infection during the spread of more than 14m. Tests showed that adult Wuchang Luosuo nematodes in rice fields have better and longer-term control effects on mosquito larvae.
