为了保证临床用药的安全与有效,国内外有些医院开展了治疗药物监测及给药方案个体化的工作,其方法是测定血药浓度。血药浓度的测定是在药代动力学理论的指导下,应用电子计算机拟合模型,求出动力学参数,制定合理的给药方案,以达最佳的治疗效果。本文拟就哪些药物需要监测,如何选择与建立测定方法等问题提一些粗浅的看法。
In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication, some hospitals at home and abroad have carried out the work of monitoring drug treatment and individualized drug delivery regimens. The method is to determine the plasma concentration. Determination of plasma concentration is the guidance of pharmacokinetic theory, the application of computer simulation model to find the kinetic parameters, to develop a reasonable dosing regimen, in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect. This article is intended to provide some superficial opinions on what drugs need to be monitored, how to choose and how to set up the measurement method.
