为了找出一起干熄焦提升机电机炸裂、焦罐坠地的事故原因,对提升机的机械零部件、配套件以及电气系统主传动部件和相关的元器件进行了全面的分析,调取了提升机中控室的部分视频录像资料,通过逐步排查、推测、求证及验证,得出这是一起因变频器软件缺陷引发的恶性事故。对变频器制造商及使用者都有一定的借鉴作用。
