虎达古火山口,位于兴海县温泉以北的鄂拉山口西侧虎达一带。它是我们七七年在鄂拉山口多金属矿点外围进行1:25000地质调查时发现的。根据它的特征:①地貌上为一往南东开口的簸箕式锥形洼地,三面为弧形山脊环绕,景观特殊;②基底地层及各类火山岩相都呈环状分布,往中心倾斜;③具有环状、放射状断裂;④岩性有火山集块岩、火山角砾岩、熔岩等;⑤次火山岩沿放射状断裂侵入;⑥见杏仁状气
Hu Da ancient volcano crater, located in Xinghai County, north of the northern part of the mouth of Era Mountain Hunda area.
