电子政务是很多政府部门信息化的主题,而如何使电子政务取得更好的效益,是各电子政务项目的主管人必须面对的难题。我们不得不承认电子政务要真正取得好的效益还需要是一段艰苦的路,对于一项涉及到政务改革的复杂事业,不存在一蹴而就的捷径,成功只能来自于长期的、一个环节一个环节改进的积累。每一个细节都需要我们非常认真地做好。在这一期里,我们将讨论的焦点放在电于政务的绩效的评测上,这也是影响电子政务效益的重要问题之一,希望我们这样的讨论能力电子政务的工作者们提供一些有益的帮助。
E-government is the theme of many government departments of information technology, and how to make e-government better efficiency is the e-government project managers must face the problem.
