以河南省500所幼儿园为例,对示范性幼儿园评估工作开展的情况进行调查,发现示范园评估存在实践偏差:评估标准和评估程序缺失对示范作用的关照,示范园作用的发挥未得到有效监督和激励,示范园评估的高投入影响了幼儿园的正常运营。为此,需从恪守评估工作的引导示范价值、厘清评估环节的功能主体定位、推动评估模式的科学专业更新等方面对示范园评估进行理性回归与探索。
Taking 500 kindergartens in Henan Province as an example, the author conducted an investigation on the situation of demonstration kindergarten assessment and found that there are practical deviations in the assessment of demonstration parks: the lack of assessment criteria and assessment procedures is in the light of demonstration effects, and the demonstration of the role of demonstration parks is not effectively supervised And encouragement, the high investment in the demonstration park has affected the normal operation of kindergartens. Therefore, it is necessary to rationally return and explore the evaluation of demonstration parks in terms of abiding by the guiding demonstration value of assessment work, clarifying the positioning of functional subjects in the assessment process and promoting scientific professional updating of assessment models.
