统一、开放、竞争、有序的市场体系是社会主义市场经济体制框架的基本构件之一。本文在回顾我国１７年市场体系建设的成就和存在的主要问题的基础上认为，当前我国各类市场发展很不平衡，商品市场发展较快，生产要素市场发展相对滞后，生产要素价格市场形成机制尚未建立，商品市场也有许多需要解决的问题。因此，要建立健全完善的市场体系，不仅要继续培育和发展商品市场和要素市场，而且要进一步深化价格改革，发展审场中介组织，健全市场法制，维护市场公平竞争
A unified, open, competitive and orderly market system is one of the basic components of the socialist market economic system framework. Based on the review of China’s achievements in the 17-year market system and the major problems existing in the market, this paper believes that the development of various types of markets in China is currently unbalanced, the commodity market is developing rapidly, the production factor market is lagging behind, and the factor price market formation mechanism. Not yet established, the commodity market also has many problems that need to be solved. Therefore, to establish and improve a sound market system, we must not only continue to nurture and develop commodity markets and factor markets, but also further deepen price reforms, develop audit intermediary organizations, improve market legal systems, and maintain fair market competition.
