目的通过分析某三甲医院患者来源分布及构成情况,了解该院医疗服务半径,优化医疗服务质量,为医院决策者提供参考依据。方法利用医院信息系统收集2014年-2016年住院患者资料,对其来源、性别、年龄、疾病和手术等构成情况进行统计分析。结果提取633 506人次住院患者的基本信息,沈阳本地占62.1%,其他地区占37.9%;不同地区来源患者性别构成、年龄分布、病种构成、手术构成均存在差异。结论应根据不同地区来源患者的医疗需求及时调整医疗策略,对本地患者加强育龄妇女和老年人群的卫生宣教和保健工作,同时对外加强宣传,提高医院在外地医疗服务市场中的竞争力,促进医院可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the source distribution and composition of patients in a top three hospital, understand the radius of medical service in the hospital, optimize the quality of medical service, and provide a reference for decision makers in hospitals. Methods The hospital information system was used to collect the data of inpatients from 2014 to 2016. Statistical analyzes were carried out on the origin, sex, age, disease and operation. Results The basic information of 633 506 inpatients was collected, accounting for 62.1% in Shenyang and 37.9% in other areas. There were differences in sex composition, age distribution, types of diseases and operative composition among patients in different regions. Conclusion According to the medical needs of patients from different regions, the medical strategies should be adjusted in time to strengthen local health education and health care for women of childbearing age and the elderly, and at the same time strengthen publicity to improve the competitiveness of hospitals in the field of medical services in the outside world, sustainable development.
