为研究现浇端柱预制钢丝网架聚苯夹芯混凝土墙板的抗震性能,完成了5个试件的拟静力试验。试验结果表明:试件端柱的竖向钢筋受拉屈服、底部混凝土压溃;端柱水平裂缝多,墙面斜裂缝多,裂缝宽度小;水平力-位移滞回曲线饱满;位移角达1/68时,水平力尚未下降至峰值水平力的85%;轴力作用下的正截面承载力可采用规范钢筋混凝土剪力墙的公式计算;采用的连接方式能将预制墙板、现浇柱及地梁连接成整体。
In order to study the anti-seismic performance of cast-in-situ prefabricated wire mesh polystyrene sandwich concrete wall panels, five quasi-static tests of the specimens were completed. The test results show that the vertical reinforcement of the specimen’s end column is yielding under tension and the bottom concrete is crushed. There are many horizontal cracks in the end column, more oblique cracks in the wall and smaller crack width. The horizontal force-displacement hysteresis curve is full and the displacement angle reaches 1 / 68, the horizontal force has not dropped to 85% of the peak horizontal force; the bearing capacity of normal cross-section under axial force can be calculated by the formula of standard reinforced concrete shear wall; the connection method can be used to prefabricated prefabricated wall panels, And ground beams connected into a whole.
