目的探讨老年人结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的临床特点、发病机制、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析134例老年结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻手术病例。结果 134例患者均能康复出院,其中2例发生吻合口瘘,经保守治疗后痊愈出院,无死亡病例。结论老年人肠梗阻应引起足够重视,严格掌握手术适应证,做好充分术前准备,因人而异选择合理的术式,加强围术期处理,是保证手术成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, pathogenesis and treatment of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer in the elderly. Methods Retrospective analysis of 134 cases of elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer surgery. Results All 134 patients were recovered and discharged. Among them, 2 patients developed anastomotic fistula and were discharged after conservative treatment without any death. Conclusion The elderly patients with intestinal obstruction should pay enough attention to strict control of surgical indications, adequate preoperative preparation, select a reasonable surgical procedures, to strengthen the perioperative management, is the key to ensuring the success of the operation.
