钻井液滤饼在钻井过程中起着十分重要的作用,测量其厚度一直倍受关注,但目前采用的测量方法都是接触法。由于此类方法与滤饼接触使滤饼变形,测量精度较低,因此寻找一种非接触式测量钻井液滤饼厚度的方法变得十分必要。本文阐述了目前已运用于其它行业的几种成熟的非接触式测量技术原理,并对这些方法能否用来测量滤饼厚度进行了可行性分析,提出了一种运用光、电、机械相结合测量滤饼厚度的非接触式新方法。
Drilling fluid filter cake plays a very important role in the drilling process, the thickness of the measurement has been much attention, but the current measurement methods are used contact method. Since such methods deform the filter cake in contact with the filter cake and the measurement accuracy is low, it is imperative to find a non-contact method for measuring the thickness of the filter cake.
