目的探讨降眼压药物-卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗高度近视LASIK术后屈光回退的疗效。方法将高度近视LASIK手术后屈光回退患者60例(114眼),随机分为2组,治疗组30例(58眼)行术后使用卡替洛尔眼液治疗;对照组30例(56眼)予常规治疗,收集两组1月、6个月和1年的裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BSCVA)、屈光度、角膜前表面曲率、眼压值变化进行分析。术后平均随访时间12个月。结果治疗组中正常术眼50只眼(86.1%),回退术眼8只眼(13.9%);对照组中正常术眼35只眼(62.5%),回退术眼21只眼(37.5%);两组比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。治疗后1个月,平均视力:治疗组为1.03±0.16,对照组为0.86±0.13;平均屈光度;治疗组为(-0.57±0.63)D,对照组为(-1.15±0.62)D,角膜前表面曲率:治疗组为(37.14±1.83)D,对照组为(37.67±1.73)D;眼压:治疗组平均为(11.14±1.60)mmHg,对照组平均为(11.84±1.91)mmHg,两组比较差异均具有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。术后1a随访,平均视力:治疗组为1.03±0.16,对照组为0.86±0.13;平均屈光度,治疗组为(-1.05±0.63)D,对照组为(-1.25±0.63)D;角膜前表面曲率:治疗组为(37.58±1.76)D,对照组为(38.08±1.31)D;眼压:治疗组平均为(11.19±1.76)mmHg,对照组平均为(11.20±1.61)mmHg,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论降眼压药物-卡替洛尔眼液对高度近视LASIK术后视力及屈光回退具有显著疗效。但停药后屈光回退仍可再次发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of intraocular pressure lowering (IOP) -catelolol eye drops on refractive regression after high myopia LASIK. Methods Sixty eyes (114 eyes) with refractive myopia after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases (58 eyes) in the treatment group were treated with catarrhal ophthalmic solution after operation; 30 cases in the control group 56 eyes) underwent routine treatment. UCVA, BSCVA, refraction, curvature of anterior corneal surface and changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) were analyzed in January, 6 and 1 month. The mean follow-up time was 12 months. Results In the treatment group, there were 50 eyes (86.1%) with normal eyes and 8 eyes (13.9%) with retreated eyes. In the control group, 35 eyes (62.5%) were normal eyes and 21 eyes (37.5 eyes) %). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). At 1 month after treatment, the average visual acuity was 1.03 ± 0.16 in the treatment group and 0.86 ± 0.13 in the control group; the mean diopter was (-0.57 ± 0.63) D in the treatment group and (-1.15 ± 0.62) D in the control group, The surface curvature was 37.14 ± 1.83 D in the treatment group and 37.67 ± 1.73 D in the control group. The intraocular pressure was 11.14 ± 1.60 mmHg in the treatment group and 11.84 ± 1.91 mmHg in the control group, The differences were significant (P <0.01). The mean visual acuity was 1.03 ± 0.16 in the treatment group and 0.86 ± 0.13 in the control group. The mean diopter was (-1.05 ± 0.63) D in the treatment group and (-1.25 ± 0.63) D in the control group, The mean curvature of the treatment group was (37.58 ± 1.76) D and that of the control group was (38.08 ± 1.31) D, the IOP was (11.19 ± 1.76) mmHg in the treatment group and (11.20 ± 1.61) mmHg in the control group, respectively There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions The hypotensive intraocular pressure-catololol eye drops have a significant effect on visual acuity and refractive regression after high-myopia LASIK. However, refraction after withdrawal can still happen again.
