利用不同品种甜高粱茎秆进行露天储藏,并研究两品种在不同储藏过程中糖分含量、重量、霉变和温度等因素的变化规律,为加工生产中原料的安全存贮提供了依据。结果表明:储藏过程中茎秆糖分变化和重量变化有密切的关系,随着重量的减少锤度上升。两个品种重量变化的趋势较为一致,立放堆放失重比平放堆放快。XT-4不同储藏方式失重减幅度和锤度累计都比XT-2相应的储藏方式大,XT-4茎秆内部空腔程度也比较严重。两个品种的病变情况一致,带叶平放堆放霉变比其他储藏方式快。两品种带叶平放堆放最合理的储藏时间为1个月,去叶平放堆放、去叶立放堆放和带叶立放堆放储存时间可以延长为5个月左右。
The use of different varieties of sweet sorghum stalks for open storage, and study on the changes of sugar content, weight, mildew and temperature of two varieties in different storage process provided the basis for the safe storage of raw materials in the processing.
