通过特殊的铸造工艺,研究了含铝量为35%~45%的高铝锌基合金铸管的成分和机械性能,并对合金的组织形成过程、固态相变及断口形貌进行了分析。
Through the special casting process, the composition and mechanical properties of high aluminum-zinc-based alloy pipe with 35% -45% aluminum content were studied. The microstructure, solid state transformation and fracture morphology of the alloy were also analyzed.
