文章通过对中国高尔夫俱乐部发展的现状进行详细分析,指出中国高尔夫俱乐部的发展面临着经营艰难、人才匮乏、品牌文化培养缺失等问题,并结合中国高尔夫俱乐部自身的特点,提出了积极开发人力资源、制定有利于人发展的制度、建立有效的激励机制、培育和发挥团队精神等具体对策,最终创建“以人为本”的企业文化,促进中国高尔夫俱乐部的良性发展。
The article analyzes the status quo of the development of golf clubs in China, points out that the development of golf clubs in China faces such problems as difficult management, shortage of talents and lack of cultivation of brand culture. Combining with the characteristics of China’s golf clubs, the paper proposes that actively developing human resources, Formulate a system conducive to human development, establish effective incentive mechanism, nurture and develop team spirit and other specific measures, and ultimately create a “people-oriented” corporate culture to promote the healthy development of China’s golf club.
