员工培训是企业人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,在我国经济社会快速发展的当下,企业员工培训工作的内容与形式正在面临着重大发展机遇与挑战。培训内容不断增加新的内涵与要求,培训数量不断扩大,在此过程中,企业人力资源管理正在为员工培训的迅速发展承担着越来越重大的职责。基于此,本文就我国当前企业员工培训工作的特点及存在的主要问题和相关解决对策展开论述,以期为我国企业员工培训工作管理开发提供一定理论借鉴。
Staff training is an important part of enterprise human resources management. In the rapid economic and social development of our country, the content and form of employee training are facing significant opportunities and challenges for development. In the course of training, new connotation and requirements are constantly added and the number of trainings is constantly expanding. In this process, human resources management of an enterprise is taking on an increasingly important responsibility for the rapid development of staff training. Based on this, this paper discusses the characteristics of current employee training work in our country as well as the main problems and countermeasures to solve them, with a view to providing some theoretical reference for the development and management of employee training in China.
