研究了冷轧及退火处理对轴承合金AlSn25CuMn微观组织的影响。结果表明:合金板在压下50%时,晶粒已明显被拉长;在压下75.4%时,晶粒被拉长为纤维状,Sn在沿轧制方向形成了带状组织;在压下85.4%时,组织中较大的晶粒被压碎,变为不规则的长条状。退火处理后,轧制变形的晶粒发生再结晶,变为细小的等轴晶;在300℃退火2h后,有Sn析出,出现了“锡汗”现象。
The effects of cold rolling and annealing on microstructure of AlSn25CuMn bearing alloy were investigated. The results show that when the alloy sheet is pressed by 50%, the grains are obviously elongated. When the grain size is reduced by 75.4%, the grains are elongated into a fibrous shape, and Sn forms a banded structure along the rolling direction. At 85.4%, the larger grains in the tissue were crushed into irregular strips. After annealing, the deformed grains became recrystallized and became fine equiaxed grains. After annealed at 300 ℃ for 2h, Sn precipitated and a “Snake” phenomenon appeared.
