糖尿病患者由于其疾病的特殊性,需要长期服药,因此,合理用药合理配伍非常重要。根据世界卫生组织的数据显示,全球约30%的死亡,其真正原因并非源于疾病,而是临床及患者的不合理用药所致。鉴于目前的药品市场上,各种各样的药品琳琅满目,药物作用机制与适应症各异又互有交叉,因而滥用、乱用、错用现象在所难免。鉴于此,本文就口服降糖药合理联合临床应用问题进行探讨。
Diabetes patients need long-term medication due to the particularity of their diseases. Therefore, it is very important to rationalize drug use. According to the World Health Organization, about 30% of global deaths are caused not by disease, but by clinical and patient’s irrational use of drugs. In view of the current drug market, a wide array of drugs, drug mechanism and different indications and cross each other, so abuse, misuse, misuse is inevitable. In view of this, this article discusses the rational combination of oral hypoglycemic agents clinical application.
