检察机关在审查逮捕阶段积极创新和完善工作机制以努力化解社会矛盾,是当前构建和谐社会和保障“十二五”规划顺利实施的题中之义。本文从审查逮捕阶段化解社会矛盾工作机制的现实需求、价值目标、理论与政策基础及实践方向四方面,对审查逮捕阶段化解社会矛盾工作机制问题进行探究。
At the stage of examining the arrest, procuratorial organs actively innovating and improving the working mechanism so as to make efforts to resolve social conflicts are the meanings of building a harmonious society and guaranteeing the smooth implementation of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. This article explores the working mechanism of reviewing arrest during the period of arrest and arresting social conflicts from the following four aspects: reviewing the actual needs, value goals, theoretical and policy basis and practical direction of arresting social conflicts.
