对于一个具有创新性的人进行工作的环境又该如何呢?例如,在当今的建筑界,建筑设计已经不再像浪漫主义时期和古典现代主义时期那样,仅仅是个人思想的表达了。但是,建筑设计也同样不像20世纪中期时那样是集体思想的表达。因为现代建筑设计已经成为一个平台、一个影响力网络的表达了,这种表达会不断地被所有的参与者所重组。单个设计师或者一组设计师集中精力单打独斗出成果的时代已经被散漫的论坛和艺术风范十足的实践所代替,而后来者又从来不把坚固耐久作为自己的目标之一。但是这种更替并不是为了挑战下列假设的,即建筑设计师无法在一种游动的、脱离原位的工作环境中完成自己的工作。这种思想只不过是要表明,如果有了合适的配备设计师仍然能够漫游四方并在任何一个地方工作,而不需要指定某个特别的地点。
What about the environment for working for an innovative person? For example, in today’s architectural world, architectural design is no longer merely an expression of personal thought, as was the case in romantic periods and classical modernism. However, architectural design is also not as expressive of collective thinking as in the mid-20th century. Because modern architectural design has become a platform, an expression of the influence network, this expression is constantly being restructured by all participants. The era in which a single designer or a group of designers focused their efforts on their own has been replaced by loose forums and art-nifty practices that later became one of their goals with no endurance. But this change is not meant to challenge the assumption that architects can not do their job in a swimming, off-site work environment. The idea is simply to show that a suitable designer can still roam around and work anywhere without having to designate a particular location.
