应用静脉内注射核素排尿膀胱造影术(IRVC)观察有无膀胱尿返流及返流的程度,对于反复泌尿系感染原因的探讨以及疗效观察具有重要的临床价值。现将我院用IRVC法证实膀胱尿返流一例典型临床病历分析
