登革热和登革出血热已成为虫媒传染病中分布最广,发病最多的一种急性病毒性传染病,本文分析了登革热在历史上与现代的各种流行态势,强调检验检疫机关应提高警惕性,以消灭蚊媒为主,预防登革热在我国暴发流行。
