目前我国对公务员报考资格的限制还有很多值得商榷的地方。报考公务员是公民的一项政治权利,对公务员报考资格的限制,应当遵守行政法原则,包括依法行政原则,比例原则,正当程序原则以及权利救济原则。本文结合行政法的这几项原则,根据我国依法治国和建设社会主义法治国家的基本方针,分析我国目前对公务员报考资格限制存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。 At present, there are still many debatable issues about the restrictions on the qualifications for applying for civil service in our country. Applying for a civil servant is a political right of the citizen. Restrictions on qualifications for applying for a civil servant should abide by the principles of administrative law, including the principle of legally administrating, proportioning, due process and the principle of right relief. Based on these principles of administrative law, according to the basic guideline of our country governing the country by law and building a socialist country governed by law, this paper analyzes the current problems of qualification limits for civil servants applying for admission in our country and puts forward corresponding solutions.
