准确、快速、无损检测与评价有碴轨道路基基床质量是铁路工务部门亟待解决的重要技术课题之一。依据既有线路基及轨道结构的工程特性,就瞬态瑞利波技术中的双层介质理论用于铁路既有线路基基床质量评价以及在路基基床及道床质量检测的判译技术等方面进行分析和论述。以笔者开发研制的、以瞬态瑞利波为理论基础的路基质量评价专用仪器,在不了解被检测路基及轨道结构工作状态的情况下,依据现场检测数据的计算分析,对郑徐电化既有线提速民权—兰考试验段的路基及道床状态进行综合评价,并得出满意的评价结果。实践证明,该检测技术对既有线路基可实现无损、快速而准确的评价与监测,同时亦可评价轨道道床的工作特征,为评价既有线路基及轨道道床工作状态提供了一项全新的检测技术与评价方法。
Accurate, rapid, nondestructive testing and evaluation of ballastless track subgrade bed quality is one of the important technical issues to be solved urgently by the railway public works department. Practice has proved that this detection technology can achieve nondestructive, rapid and accurate evaluation and monitoring of existing railway subgrade, and can also evaluate the working characteristics of orbital rail bed. It provides a brand new testing technology for evaluating the working status of existing railway subgrade and orbital rail bed And evaluation method.
