面对激烈的市场竞争,以客户为中心的时代来临,如何低成本、高效率地为客户提供定制化产品,成为摆在我国众多制造企业面前亟待解决的问题。阜新橡胶(集团)公司在商品化ERP系统上自主进行二次开发,有效地解决了这个问题。讨论了该公司产品配置管理和订单执行动态跟踪两个子系统的实践,分析了应用效果,总结了经验,希望为其它企业提高信息化应用效果提供借鉴。
Faced with fierce market competition, customer-centric era, how to provide customized products to customers with low cost and high efficiency has become a problem to be solved in front of many manufacturing enterprises in China. Fuxin Rubber (Group) Company in the commercialization of ERP systems independently secondary development, effectively solve this problem. Discussed the company’s product configuration management and order execution dynamic tracking two subsystems practice, analyzed the application effect, summed up the experience, hoping to provide reference for other enterprises to improve the effectiveness of information technology.
