特色楼层建设是公寓文化建设的重要组成部分,是增强学生公寓育人功能,开发学生潜能,促进优良校风、学风形成的重要途径。笔者结合工作实际,从分析特色楼层蕴含的基本功能、高职院校加强特色楼层建设的意义与作用入手,提出加强公寓特色楼层建设构想。 The construction of distinctive floors is an important part of the building of apartment culture and an important way to enhance the function of educating students in apartments, develop the potential of students, and promote the formation of a good style of school and style of study. Based on the analysis of the basic functions contained in the characteristic floors and the significance and function of the higher vocational colleges in strengthening the construction of characteristic floors, the author puts forward the conception of strengthening the construction of distinctive floors of apartments.
