公共图书馆的发展向“以人为本”转变,对公共图书馆员工的需求进行及时有效的激励,直接影响了公共图书馆人员队伍的稳定、员工工作积极性的调动和工作效率的提高。本文提出的激励方式和途径有薪酬激励、环境激励、情感激励、荣誉激励、知识激励、晋级激励、参与激励等。
The development of public libraries has changed from “people-oriented” to timely and effective stimulation of the demand of public library staff, which has a direct impact on the stability of public library personnel, the mobilization of staff enthusiasm and the improvement of work efficiency. In this paper, the incentive methods and approaches include salary incentive, environmental incentive, emotional incentive, honor incentive, knowledge incentive, promotion incentive and participation incentive.
