采用溶胶-凝胶法在氧化铟锡(ITO)玻璃上制备三氧化钨(WO_3)薄膜,将其在300℃下焙烧2h,再通过电沉积法在表面生长聚苯胺(PANI)薄膜。采用电化学方法、光谱分析法及扫描电镜等测试手段对WO_3薄膜、PANI薄膜及PANI/WO_3复合膜进行表征,发现复合膜着色态与褪色态透过率差异显著,变色效率(CE)达到57.94cm~2/C,比PANI和WO_3薄膜的CE值28.94和10.55cm~2/C分别提高了50%和82%。扫描电镜结果表明,PANI薄膜表面结构疏松,有无序的微孔;而复合膜的结构规整、微孔排列相对有序且表面形貌均匀。
The tungsten oxide (WO_3) thin film was prepared on indium tin oxide (ITO) glass by sol - gel method and calcined at 300 ℃ for 2 h. The PANI thin film was grown on the surface by electrodeposition. The electro-chemical methods, the spectroscopic analysis and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the WO 3 thin films, PANI thin films and PANI / WO 3 composite films. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the color and fading states of the composites. The color change efficiency (CE) reached 57.94 cm ~ 2 / C, which is 50% and 82% higher than the CE values of 28.94 and 10.55cm ~ 2 / C for PANI and WO_3 films, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that PANI thin film surface structure loose, with disorderly micropores; and composite membrane structure is regular, microporous arrangement is relatively orderly and the surface morphology is uniform.
