近几年来,云南省得天独厚的区位优势日益凸显,为其内河航运发展提供了更多的机遇和挑战。尤其是在内河水运上升为国家战略之际,探索适合云南水运发展的水运技能人才培养模式,就显得更为必要。首先,介绍了技能人才的概念、分类及模式,比较了云南不同区域的水运技能人才培养现状;进而形成了云南水运技能人才培养的体系框架,并依据云南水运发展的实际需求,针对体系建设的关键环节,提出云南水运技能人才职业教育的“多元制”模式,以期为政府主管部门及相关单位提供可供参考的决策依据。
In recent years, the advantageous geographical position of Yunnan Province has become increasingly prominent, which has provided more opportunities and challenges for the development of its inland waterway transportation. Especially when the inland river water transport rises to the national strategy, it is even more necessary to explore the training mode for the water transport skilled personnel suitable for the development of the water transport in Yunnan. First of all, the concept, classification and mode of skilled personnel are introduced, and the status quo of the training of skilled personnel in water transport in different regions of Yunnan is compared. Then the framework of Yunnan skilled personnel training in water transport is formed. According to the actual demand of Yunnan water transport development, Key link, put forward the “multi-system” mode of vocational education for skilled workers in water transport in Yunnan Province, with a view to providing reference for decision-making for government departments and relevant units.
