目的:调查了解我国体内药物分析领域的作者群分布规律,以评价有关单位、地区科研的水平与实力。方法:从国内250种医药学期刊中择出体内药物分析论著量居前8位的期刊作为文献源,系统查阅13年1090篇体内药物分析论著,采用文献计量学方法,定量研究文献作者及单位的情况。结果:单篇论著作者系数为4.09±0.41人;2人以上合著者占总量95.87%,2个单位以上合著者占32.48%,高于国内其它文献;第一作者发表文章4篇以上的核心作者42人;论著量10篇以上的核心单位24个;体内药物研究水平居前3位的省市为上海市、北京市、江苏省,前3位的地区为华东、华北及中南地区;医院系统奠定体内药物分析的基础,医药院校与科研院所代表着研究的方向,部队系统是举足轻重的技术力量。结论:体内药物分析是药学学科的前沿领域,学科间协作趋势日益增强,并已达到相当高的学术水平;追踪核心作者与核心单位的研究成果,有助于把握我国体内药物分析的动态。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution pattern of author groups in the field of drug analysis in China so as to evaluate the level and strength of scientific research conducted by units and regions concerned. Methods: From the domestic 250 kinds of medical journals, select the top 8 in vivo pharmaceutical analysis of the journal as a source of literature, systematic review of 13 years, 1090 articles in vivo drug analysis, the use of bibliometrics, quantitative research literature authors and units Case. Results: The author coefficient of single article was 4.09 ± 0.41; the number of co-authors with two or more accounts for 95.87%, the co-authors with two or more units accounted for 32.48%, higher than other domestic literature; the first The author has published 42 articles with 4 or more core authors, 24 core papers with more than 10 articles, and the top 3 provinces and municipalities with the highest level of in vivo drug research are Shanghai, Beijing and Jiangsu Provinces. The top 3 regions are East China, North China and Central South China. The hospital system lays the foundation for in vivo drug analysis. Medical institutions and research institutes represent the direction of research. The force system is an important technical force. CONCLUSION: In vivo drug analysis is the frontier field of pharmacy. The trend of interdisciplinary collaboration is increasing and has reached a fairly high academic level. Tracing the research results of core authors and core units helps to grasp the dynamics of in vivo drug analysis.
