近年来,苏州市坚持“人才优先、民生为本”的工作主线,情系群众、心系百姓,多渠道扩大就业、多举措创新发展,不断提升民生福祉,以示范化推进、标准化管理、精细化服务大力构建公共就业服务体系。目前,苏州市公共就业服务体系按“市—县市(区)—街道(镇)—社区(村)”四级机构建制,层级分明、管理规范。苏州市就业条线工作先后获得了全国就业先进工作单位、全国创业先进城市、国家人社部优质服务窗口等荣誉。
In recent years, Suzhou City has adhered to the work line of “giving priority to people and giving priority to people's livelihood”. They are empowered by the masses and their hearts and minds to expand their employment through various channels. They have also taken initiatives to innovate and develop continuously to enhance the well-being of the people's livelihood. With demonstration and standardization management , Meticulous service vigorously build public employment service system. At present, the public employment service system in Suzhou City is organized according to the four levels of “city-county (district) -street (town) -society (village)”, with distinct levels and standardized management. Suzhou employment line has access to the national employment advanced work unit, the advanced city in the country, the National Ministry of Social Services quality window services and other honors.
