目的 :通过对青藤碱凝胶剂的性状、pH值、鉴别、含量测定等的研究 ,确立其质量标准。 方法 :用一阶导数光谱法测定青藤碱凝胶的含量。结果 :在波长 (2 91± 1)nm处用一阶导数光谱法测定波谷D值 ,用青藤碱盐酸盐浓度C进行回归 ,得到方程D =- 3.6 7× 10 -4 + 3 .38× 10 -4 C ,r =0 .9997,线性范围 2 5 .12 5~ 5 0 .2 5 μg·ml-1。平均回收率 10 1.8% (n =6 ) ,RSD 1.0 6 %。结论 :结果表明该方法操作简便、不用分离 ,结果准确可靠。
Objective : To establish the quality standard of sinomenine gel by studying its properties, pH value, identification, and content determination. Methods: The content of sinomenine gel was determined by first-order derivative spectroscopy. Results: Wavelength (2 91 ± 1) nm was determined by first-order derivative spectrometry using the D value of the trough, and regression was performed with the sinomenine hydrochloride concentration C to obtain the equation D =- 3.6 7 × 10 -4 + 3 .38 × 10 -4 C ,r =0.9997, linear range 2 5 .12 5 to 5 0 .2 5 μg·ml-1. The average recovery rate was 10 1.8% (n = 6) and RSD 1.06%. Conclusion : The results show that this method is simple and easy to operate without separation. The result is accurate and reliable.
