目的对内固定技术在四肢骨折并烧伤患者治疗中的临床应用效果进行分析研究。方法 100例四肢骨折并烧伤患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用内固定术进行治疗,观察组患者采用内固定术联合牵引进行治疗,将两组患者的临床效果进行对比。结果观察组痊愈率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折并烧伤患者在进行治疗时使用内固定术联合牵引具有较好的临床效果,安全性高且操作更加简便,有效缩短了患者的康复时间。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures and burns. Methods 100 cases of limb fractures and burns were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with internal fixation. Patients in the observation group were treated with internal fixation combined with traction, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group cured rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The patients with limb fractures and burns have good clinical effect in using the internal fixation combined with traction in the treatment of patients with fractures of the extremities. It is safe and easy to operate, which effectively shortens the recovery time of the patients.
