目的评定气相色谱法测定功能性饮料中肌醇含量的不确定度。方法运用中华人民共和国国家计量技术规范JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析肌醇含量测量过程中的不确定度来源,通过建立数学模型量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果本方法的不确定度主要来源于标准曲线的绘制。当功能性饮料中肌醇含量为1255.2 mg/L,扩展不确定度为67.8 mg/L(95%置信度),此时肌醇含量表示为(1255.2±67.8)mg/L(k=2)。结论该评定方法可用于气相色谱法对功能性饮料中肌醇含量的测定。
Objective To assess the uncertainty of determination of inositol content in functional beverages by gas chromatography. Methods Using the National Metrology Specifications of the People’s Republic of China JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty, the source of the uncertainty in the measurement of inositol content was analyzed. The mathematical model was used to quantify the uncertainty components and calculate the uncertainty of synthesis Degree and expansion of uncertainty. Results The uncertainty of this method mainly comes from the drawing of standard curve. Inositol content was 1255.2 ± 67.8 mg / L (k = 2) when functional inositol was 1255.2 mg / L with an extended uncertainty of 67.8 mg / L (95% confidence) . Conclusion The method can be applied to the determination of inositol content in functional beverages by gas chromatography.
