根据高温厌氧发酵中试自动控制的要求,提出了一种基于S7-200PLC的智能控制系统。该系统能够实现整个中试实验过程的自动控制和工艺参数的设置、调整与监测。系统通过PROFIBUS现场总线实现PLC与自动控制系统设备及I/O的通讯,采用MPI方式实现PLC与上位监控机的通讯。运行结果表明:该系统具有可靠性强、操作方便和准确性高等特点,完全满足高温厌氧发酵中试实验的各项控制要求。
According to the requirements of high temperature anaerobic fermentation pilot automatic control, an intelligent control system based on S7-200PLC is proposed. The system can realize the automatic control of the whole pilot test process and the setting, adjustment and monitoring of process parameters. The system realizes the communication between PLC and automatic control system equipment and I / O through PROFIBUS field bus, adopts MPI way to realize the communication between PLC and host monitoring machine. The results show that the system has the characteristics of high reliability, easy operation and high accuracy, and fully meets the control requirements of the pilot plant experiment of high temperature anaerobic fermentation.
